1 On 1 Advice by Prashant Kalra Whether you’re a developer seeking guidance or simply someone looking to pick Prashant’s brain on Goa’s real estate space, here’s how you can block time with the boss! Simply browse through the calendar and select a one-hour slot that works for you. These sessions can be held in person at the TPB office in Porvorim, North Goa, or virtually. Please note that sessions require 100% advance payment. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed appointment, you will receive a full refund. If you’d like Prashant to come offsite for a meeting, additional charges will apply based on time, distance, and availability. To request such an appointment, please write to sherin@tpbllp.com. Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: November 2025 1. Consultancy Cancellations If you request cancellation of our consultancy engagement, please email sherin@tpbllp.com. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to service commencement and contract terms. 2. Refunds Where applicable, once a refund is approved it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment. 3. Non-Refundable Elements Fees paid for services already rendered (consultation, site visits, preparations) are generally non-refundable unless stated explicitly in writing. 4. Dispute Resolution Any dispute relating to refunds or cancellations will be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in Goa’s courts. 5.
