All our listings are checked with/for a site visit, builder background, a title report and RERA approvals. If it's not credible, it's not on TPB.

Every sales member of TPB goes through a minimum 90 day training period, no matter their previous real estate experience. This includes grueling mock calls, site visits to every item in the inventory, written tests and more.

TPB is a RERA certified agency. As per the RERA act, all agents must be certified by RERA. This ensures enhanced transparency and accountability.
