Ayesha and Prashant, the co-founders of TPB hail from backgrounds in communications & law. Though neither had any background in real estate, they took on the challenge with a smile and determination when their daughter developed breathing issues in Gurgaon.
Their success gave them the confidence to relocate to Goa and grow the business and create a happy and healthy atmosphere for their daughter.
Since 2018, TPB has grown into one of Goa's most iconic brokerage firms in the luxury space with a proven track record of sales, integrity and professionalism.

Over the years, they immersed themselves in Goa's property market — helping hundreds of families buy homes, building a 100,000+ follower community, earning national media recognition, and facilitating the
sale of some of Goa's most iconic homes.
Along the way, they noticed a recurring problem: many homes in Goa were designed as if they belonged somewhere else. In January 2024, they launched Privado Homes to build the kind of homes Goa truly
deserved.
The result was Villa Komorebi — shaped by years of experience as parents, homeowners, real estate advisors, and full-time Goa residents. Completed and handed over in 2026.

Training
Every sales member completes a minimum 90-day training — mock calls, site visits to every listing, and written tests. Previous experience doesn't get anyone a shortcut.
